Gospel Voice

Gospel Voice Choir was formed in October 2007. The initiative was taken by Diana Mrugala-Gromek, who is the leader and music director. Gospel Voice consists mostly of young people (high school and university students).

The Choir is divided into two groups - the one from Wieliczka rehearses every Tuesday between 7 and 9 pm, while the Kraków one meets every Thursday for 7.30-9.30 rehearsal. Once a month all the members rehearse to a piano, drums, sax, and bass guitar accompaniment. It is the Choir's intention to sing gospel music both a cappella (Negro spirituals) and with instrumental accompaniment as well.

We want to spend our time drawing fun from gospel music that brings about joy and happiness all over. Since its beginning Gospel Voice Choir has given numerous performances, all of them being greeted enthusiastically.

We intend to enter nationwide contests as well as organize domestic and foreign excursions if circumstances allow.
